I try to process orders within 1 to 2 business days, sometimes during very busy times (like sales and holidays) I takes me an extra day or two to get orders shipped out. When you place an order, you'll get an order confirmation email right away and another email notification when your order has shipped.
I ship most orders by USPS First Class Mail, which usually takes about 2-5 days within the US (lately it's been longer, support our Postal Service!). International shipping is much slower and can take 2-6 weeks depending on where you live.
You'll receive a confirmation email with Tracking Information after your order has been shipped out.
Shipping is a challenging and expensive part of running (and shopping with) a small business, so I have tried to make it as simple as possible:
I pay the shipping cost on US orders over $50!
US orders under $50 have a flat-rate shipping charge of $4.95.
I do ship internationally, but unfortunately the cost is much higher and it takes a lot longer. International shipping charges depend on the size of your order and are calculated when you check out, and can take 2-6 weeks to be delivered depending on where you live.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Art By Ciara is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (6 weeks for International orders), please contact me at email@example.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
I want you to love everything you purchase from me, so I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 60 days from the date your order is delivered. No questions asked! No restocking fees! Just sent your order back to me and I will refund you!
If an item is defective/damaged or I make a mistake a with your order (like sending you the wrong item), I will issue a pre-paid return shipping label.
In all other cases you will be responsible for return shipping costs and may ship back the item(s) using the carrier of your choice.
To cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours, and I will immediately issue a refund. Once I have shipped your order out, you will need to wait for it to be delivered and send it back to me. When I receive it I will refund your payment.
