I want you to love everything you purchase from me, so I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee!

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 60 days from the date your order is delivered.  No questions asked!  No restocking fees!  Just sent your order back to me and I will refund you!

Returns/Exchanges

Email ciara@artbyciara.com with your order number to receive a return authorization.

If an item is defective/damaged or I make a mistake a with your order (like sending you the wrong item), I will issue a pre-paid return shipping label.

In all other cases you will be responsible for return shipping costs and may ship back the item(s) using the carrier of your choice.

• If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will work with you to resolve the issue 

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours, and I will immediately issue a refund. 

Once I have shipped your order out, you will need to wait for it to be delivered and send it back to me.  When I receive it I will refund your payment.
